The candidate will serve in patentability analyses; drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications; licensing and transactional work; advising and counseling clients on various matters involving copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets; and working with other attorneys on litigation and transactional matters involving intellectual property. Should preferably have experience with copyrights and trademark registration and prosecution.
