As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, take on key projects, and contribute to the ongoing success of West Coast Exhibits Services.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager will manage complex exhibit programs, oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of both live and digital event projects. You will work closely with internal and external partners to bring creative concepts to life, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role demands a strong understanding of experiential marketing, exhibit design, and program development.You will also be responsible for maintaining best practice processes, improving workflow, and mentoring staff to help them grow professionally, while ensuring the quality and success of every project.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of exhibit programs, including creative development, design, execution, and post-event debriefOversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and profitable project deliveryManage client exhibit portfolios, from small to large programs, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent delivery of high-quality projectsDrive operational processes across teams and accounts to ensure efficiency and financial reconciliationDevelop, assemble, and manage project teams to successfully execute West Coast Exhibits Services experiential marketing programsSource and manage external vendors and partners for both North American and international programsParticipate in the strategic development of new business opportunities and RFP responsesMentor and coach team members, providing development and growth opportunitiesEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet or exceed client expectationsNegotiate contracts with vendors and clients to ensure favorable termsTravel up to 20% for onsite management and client meetingsOversee the installation and dismantle of trade show booths, ensuring adherence to client specifications and West Coast Exhibits Services standardsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the experiential marketing or events industryProven ability to manage various types of projects, including live and digital events, brand strategy, and program executionStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsProven experience managing client accounts and budgets successfullyAbility to handle challenges with diplomacy and tact while maintaining client satisfactionStrong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google DriveAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to read blueprintsHave shop experience, carpenter experience a plusExperience in purchasing, preferredKnowledge and experience of tracking/pm software a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary of $75,000 - $100,000 based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and Life Insurance
