The Coordinator will draft and edit a wide array of written materials to best position the firm, attorneys, and practice groups in industry publications and the news. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a solid administrative foundation looking to transition into a communications role.Responsibilities Include:Draft award nominations, editorial submissions, and news releasesCoordinate with a variety of legal publications specifically with awards and nominationsUpdate and maintain attorney and practice group rankings and update attorney bios in a timely mannerAssist with other media relations and communications projectsQualifications Include:Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field2+ years of administrative experienceStrong writing and editing skillsProficiency in MS Office SuiteStrong problem solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsCandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
