Join Balanced Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor: Lead Our Expansion into the Boston MarketBalanced Wealth Management is seeking an experienced and driven Financial Advisor to spearhead our growth into the Boston market. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to take the reins of a new office, backed by the full support of our established team. The role starts with an in-depth, 3-6 month training period at our East Greenwich, RI headquarters, after which you'll take charge of building and managing our Boston presence.Position: Financial AdvisorAs a Financial Advisor at Balanced Wealth Management, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients secure their financial futures. We take pride in offering personalized, comprehensive financial plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives. From fee-based investments to fixed-indexed annuities and life insurance, you’ll utilize a full suite of solutions to deliver real, measurable impact.Your Key Responsibilities:Build Strong Client Relationships:
Engage with clients and prospects, gain deep insights into their financial goals, and guide them through a structured, customized financial planning process.Develop Tailored Financial Plans:
Create holistic strategies that incorporate investments, retirement planning, and insurance solutions designed to meet the client’s specific financial needs.Drive Client Acquisition:
Leverage your sales acumen to convert leads into long-term clients, delivering meaningful financial solutions that align with their goals.Collaborate with a High-Performing Team:
Work closely with our internal team of advisors and support staff to ensure exceptional client service and outcomes.Commit to Continuous Growth:
Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities to refine your expertise, stay ahead of industry trends, and elevate your career.Qualifications:Licenses Required:
Active Life and Health Insurance License along with either Series 65 or Series 66.Proven Experience:
Extensive background in financial advising, particularly with hands-on client interaction. Experience in retirement planning and fee-based financial services is highly desirable.Sales Expertise:
You excel at not only advising clients but also guiding them toward informed, confident decisions. Closing skills and a consultative sales approach are critical for success in this role.Exceptional Communication:
You possess the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and present them in a way that builds trust and understanding with clients.Drive to Succeed:
