South Shore Retirement Services is a successful Boston based independent financial advisory firm looking to grow their dynamic team with a financial advisor to work alongside their advisory team. If you enjoy working closely with clients, developing long-term relationships, constantly challenging yourself, and providing superior customer service and expertise, then we would like to talk to you!This position will work closely with the advisors on managing the existing client book, executing trades, building financial plans, meeting with existing clients to review their current financial plan and occasionally meeting with prospects. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service; always putting clients first.Qualifications:
High attention to detailStrong initiative & follow-throughPersistence2+ years of financial service experience requiredSeries 65 and Life and Health requiredStrong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and management skillsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills; both verbal and writtenProficient with MS Office SuiteExperience with CRM, Orion, and Wealthscape preferred but not requiredPosition Responsibilities:
Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plansAssist clients with annuities, life, long-term care, and managed moneyProvide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirementDevelop, manage, and retain strong client relationshipsAssist main Advisor with meeting individual and team goalsCompensation: $90 to $110kBenefits: Health Insurance, 401KHours:
