In addition to recruiting mid to upper level salaried roles, this position is seen as a business partner and adviser to Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and Candidates throughout the United States. Responsible for owning the Amcor hiring process by managing expectations and continuously improving the standard recruitment tools and processes. TA Consultants are also responsible for creatively promoting and branding Amcor's High Performance Culture.WHAT YOU GET TO DOLead and advise Hiring Managers and HR Partners on the standard recruitment process, including but not limited to:Align hiring needs and recommend recruitment strategiesSource and phone screen candidates, primarily passive searchesFacilitate the onsite interview process and lead recap discussionsRecommend, extend, and negotiate offers based on market knowledgeRecruit mid to upper level salaried positionsStrategically partner and develop relationships to:Learn the business and drive continuous improvementGenerate creative sourcing solutionsIdentify ways to simplify and increase efficiency in talent processesCreatively brand and promote the Amcor cultureMaximize and recommend social media efforts to increase the company's social media presence for Talent BrandingDrive and recommend solutions to increase a candidate experienceDevelop actions to support diversity and inclusionManage third party recruiters by setting expectations and timelinesSupport various career fairs, including but not limited to college campus and military eventsSupport various team projectsOther duties as assignedLead the initiative to increase and promote a High Performing Culture by creatively branding, attracting, screening and hiring top talent, while managing expectations and keeping all involved in the hiring process accountable.Educate and recommend best talent practices while driving process improvement in the Talent Processes.Partners with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, and Candidates (internal and external) to provide flawless execution of the talent acquisition process.WHAT WE VALUEResults orientation - HighInitiative - HighCustomer orientation - HighCollaboration and Influencing - HighestWHAT WE WANT FROM YOUBachelors degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred2 - 7 years of related recruiting or HR experienceOur ExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
