www.amcor.com .Job DescriptionThe Learning & Development Business Partner - Manufacturing, reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, will be required to support our manufacturing facilities across AFNA by building training capability and helping to improve our training processes by providing best practices around effective training methodology. This role will require a person to review pivotal in developing and implementing tailored training programs within our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will partner with colleagues in a single location to create the content in one manufacturing process area, then work with the rest of the network to deploy the content and training structure across all manufacturing locations.WHAT YOU GET TO DOIdentify better ways of working around manufacturing skills training: Review, update, and deploy successful training practices to ensure we can deliver high-quality training and upskilling at pace.Create modular training content that can be adapted for different facilities with the same manufacturing process, ensuring consistency in skill development across the organization.Train and mentor facility training teams to effectively replicate and deploy the training content creation and delivery model within their own locations.Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training, focusing on upskilling colleagues to manage and deliver training independently at their facilities.Work closely with subject matter experts (manufacturing operators) to gather insights and develop accurate, relevant training content.Record and edit video training content; train others on video production techniques to enhance internal content creation capabilities.Partner with internal resources and outside vendors for creation, editing, and translation of training content, as needed.Lead, design, execute the skill development programs by partnering with senior leaders on the development business and facilitation of relevant forums and managing meaningful and effective rotational assignments.Effectively deliver our L&D Training Curriculum including recommendations for which audiences to target, ensuring capability is built across the organization and not in pockets, scheduling and tracking participation, ensuring participant engagement and supervisor support, etc.Enable the organization through Workday functionality.Stay informed about industry trends, research, and best practices, applying relevant insights to enhance internal training programs.Connect with external sources to incorporate new methodologies and technologies into training practices.WHAT WE VALUEStrong ability to develop and deliver engaging training content and materials.Proficient in video recording, editing, and content production.Excellent facilitation, instructional, and mentoring skills.Strong organizational and project management capabilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.Experience with Workday or similar learning management systems is a plus.WHAT WE WANT FROM YOUBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Training and Development or similar are a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
