My client is looking to hire a Senior Civil Project Engineer! This is a fantastic opportunity to join an Industry-Leading Engineering Firm experiencing explosive growth. The ideal individual will bring solid foundational experience as a project team leader with proven ability to drive civil engineering projects and initiatives from concept to completion. As a crucial member of the organization, you’ll plan, coordinate, and execute diverse civil engineering and design projects ensuring compliance, timelines, and budget adherence. Lead and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, execution, and close-out.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation ensuring cost-effective delivery.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets project milestones and deliverables.Maintain accurate records of project activities and prepare regular progress reports.Desired Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Demonstrated 4+ years of experience within the civil design industry with a focus on transportation road design and proven track-record of leading and managing complex projects.Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.Experience with risk management, budgeting, cost control, relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards.Proficiency with Auto CAD and Civil 3D.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Salary and Benefits:
