We provide a progressive and growth-oriented environment with a competitive compensation and benefits package, ideal for entrepreneurial, personable, and technically talented individuals with 5+ years of accounting experience looking to advance their careers.Responsibilities:Supervise tax engagements in accordance with firm and professional standardsPlan and schedule tax engagements with clients and firm resourcesBuild and maintain relationships with clientsPerform detailed reviews of tax returns and tax work papersConduct tax research projectsCommunicate with clients and team members regarding project status and client opportunitiesProvide training, direction, and supervision to the teamMaintain technical expertise in various tax areas related to industry specializationQualifications:BSBA in accountingCPA credentials and/or other advanced degree highly preferred5-8 years of experience in public accountingAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple client projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and detail-orientedWorking knowledge of accounting and auditing principlesExperience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, ProSystem fx Tax
