Program Management Analyst, Senior
to support The Tomahawk Weapons System Program Office (PMA-280) in Patuxent River, Maryland. The
Program Management Analyst, Senior
will primarily support the activities of PMA-280’s Missile System’s IPT Lead as well as the Project Leads within Missile Systems.
Functional Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
The
Program Management Analyst, Senior
shall assist with the development and assembly of acquisition / contractual strategies, program risks and all related documentation. They shall assist with budget and financial planning and analyses of projected and actual systems costs for completion of various efforts. Tasks will include collecting, compiling and analyzing project cost and schedule data for project teams and incorporation into team work plans, data calls, and supporting financial documentation.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Communication and Coordination
Program Office internal and external communications (other IPTs and Ops/PMA EA)
Maintain/update WCS IPT ‘War Room’ Wall
Stakeholder Interaction and Coordination
Security logistics, Visit Requests, and Travel arrangements
Meeting Agenda, RFIs, RFAs, Minutes, and Action Item Tracking/Resolution
Charters for Working Groups and IPTs
Editing as requested
Refine briefings
Data Call / Request for Information (RFI) / Questions for the Record (QFR)
Internal PEO data calls
External data calls (Congressional, Senate, etc.)
White papers
Metrics; Collecting, Reporting, Analysis, Trends
Acquisition Documentation and Reporting ; maintain CM of docs (Software Acquisition Pathway)
Maintain database organization, file management, data disposition
Maintain IPT Calendar and Schedules
To include distribution lists
Tomahawk Action Tracker (TAT)
Meetings
Coordinate logistics, reservations, speakers, notes, and gather inputs for weekly and standup meetings
Participate and attend in Program Management Review (PMRs)
Prepare Executive Review Board (ERB) materials
Document meeting minutes and action items
Coordinate presentations with Level I IPTs and Functional Leads Scheduler, RIO Manager, working groups
Coordinate and host meetings as required
Liaison with all stakeholders or key representatives
IPT Organization Chart
Maintain and update periodically
Strategic and Tactical Planning
Plan and execute planning sessions, including off-sites, reservations at contractor facilities, and support equipment
Process improvement of business processes
Development of internal processes
Required Education:
A Master's degree or allowable substitutions is required for this position. Allowable substitutions for the Master's degree include a Bachelor's Degree plus four additional years of work experience. Ten years of additional work experience is required with no degree.
Required Experience:
More than ten years of experience is required for this position.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
