Inside the Siren you will find Ash-Bar, Candy Bar and The Siren Cafe. We are looking for a talented Food and Beverage Director to oversee the hotels three outlets.

PREVIOUS MULTI DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Ash-Bar, features European-style provisions served alongside classic cocktails, beer and wine for happy hour and dinner

Candy Bar, a plush cocktail lounge featuring an oversized disco ball, serves up hand-crafted seasonal libations designed by our on-site beverage team.

The Siren Cafe proudly serves coffee from ONYX Coffee Lab and a plethora of house-made pastries and snacks

Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of customer-driven service, hotel food & beverage operations, beer, wine and spirits, culinary techniques and cooking methods as well as restaurant front of house management. We are looking for individuals with up-beat personalities who are strong self-motivated leaders.

Duties:- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurant, catering, bar and cafe- Manage floor managers and other supervisors in the department- Work with corporate food and beverage team on launching company initiatives, on brand & design, food & beverage programming, events and budgeting- Collaborate and offer creative options for new cocktails and food offerings- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs- Manage labor and budget costing to goals- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet customer expectations- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize efficiency- Dedicate time to team growth, education, and implement staff initiatives- Be present on the floor and initiate community relations- Spend time working the floor and assisting the staff with service- Oversee culinary program and ensure proper food safety procedures are met- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service- Ensure departmental profitability- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure seamless operations

Job Requirements- Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role- Strong knowledge of Toast, Resy, TripleSeat, MarginsEdge preferred- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Experience in banquet operations and event planning is helpful- Knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Able to act as a leader of the food and beverage department and team management abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
