Yoh is looking for a meticulous and highly driven Senior Client Systems Engineer! This role will primarily involve designing, upgrading, updating, and maintaining client systems, as well as deploying new systems and providing training to team members as required. The engineer will also oversee computer operations to ensure smooth functioning, enabling end users to effectively complete their tasks. Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain various IT systems, including Intune, Jamf, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, video conferencing tools like Zoom and Teams, Slack, Office 365, and Okta.Lead and manage the implementation and rollout of systems for new clients.Act as the primary contact for escalated issues or requests regarding client systems.Provide comprehensive support ranging from basic to advanced (Tier 1-3) for desktops and mobile devices.Develop automation solutions and optimize IT processes to enhance team efficiency and scalability.Manage the setup and deployment of both Mac and Windows devices.Handle user lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding in various systems.Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions for new employees.Oversee the full lifecycle of company hardware, including procurement, management, and disposal.Provide support for both Mac and PC systems, along with their peripherals.Ensure conference room AV setups, such as Zoom and Teams, are properly maintained and supported.Work closely with the Network Team to maintain the network infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lab equipment, covering both hardware and software.Offer support for all company-approved applications and tools.Participate in an on-call rotation for desktop support assistance.Requirements:10+ years experience providing IT support for end users, specializing in managing systems on both Windows and Mac platforms.Expertise in using IT Service Management (ITSM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools for efficient administration of Mac and Windows devices.Extensive background in overseeing Google Workspace operations, including handling integrations.Proficient in setting up and managing OKTA workflows.Skilled in administering and maintaining Azure, Teams, Office 365, and SharePoint.Experienced in configuring and supporting video conferencing platforms like Zoom.Able to work independently, utilizing industry best practices for effective decision-making.Strong communicator, fostering collaboration with leadership and teams.Highly skilled in documenting technical processes and configurations with accuracy.Known for a proactive, growth-driven mindset with a commitment to integrity and authenticity.Fully available for on-site work.Note:
