quick access to I-95 and I-295. This location is 18 miles/22 minutes from Short Pump Town Center.Responsibilities
Family Medicine MD with at least 2 years of outpatient primary care practice experience neededEPIC EMR2 MD and 1 NP in the practice nowSupport by 3 LPN and 1 CMA, plus Practice Administrator, in-office PharmD and in-office Social WorkerWork schedule is negotiable - 5-8's or 4-10's - no less than .8 (32 hours per week)100% outpatientFull time provider highly preferred and prioritizedCall is shared among 10 providers, 3 to 4 days every 4th week.Average 20 patients per day after ramp-up periodThis is a wRVU practice environment with guaranteed base comp for first 2 yearsPractice sees age 12 and up, current demographic age 22-70Basic in-office procedures, hospital follow ups, pre-operative care, new patients, routine medical care, well-child examsMentorship available - Student Preceptor opportunities availableWe are looking for a physician and team member who fosters relationships with their patients and that is able to work collegially and respectfully in a group settingThis is a well-established medical practice in the Mechanicsville community, with a history of over 40 years.
