The ideal candidate is an adept problem-solver who thrives in a flexible, dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality work.Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress plugins to meet specific project requirements.Modify and optimize existing WordPress themes and plugins to improve performance and functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new website features and enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to WordPress development.Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and user experience.Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of custom plugin development.Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.Strong understanding of WordPress core architecture, including hooks, filters, and APIs.Ability to modify and extend third-party plugins and themes as needed.Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including automated testing, deployment, and version control.Solid problem-solving skills with a passion for troubleshooting and debugging code.Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
