The

Order Management Analyst

will ensure the customer’s orders are shipped on time by working with multiple internal departments to get ahead of possible delays and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This includes keeping the sales team apprised of any potential delays and working with them towards a resolution.What you'll be doing:Help ensure our customer’s ship dates are met.Work with Asia counterparts to ensure information on our customer’s orders align with final shipping details and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Be a liaison between sales and multiple internal departments.Frequently present and actively participate in meetings with various teams.As potential issues arise that may prevent on-time shipment, collaborate with internal teams to arrive at the best possible outcome.Maintain visibility to development & production issues that could impact on-time delivery.Maintain multiple documents to keep internal teams updated on the latest customer program information.Assist in developing or updating account specific processes as the need arises to maintain efficiency and transparency.Run reports and work on special projects as needed.What we look for:Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).Must have experience with Google Docs (or Excel at a minimum).Problem solver and analytical thinker.Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Professional attitude, good organizational skills and dependability.Self-Motivated and proactive.Ability to multi-task.Retail operation experience.Experience with Asia Operations (a plus, not required).What we offer:At Jazwares, we believe in providing our employees with comprehensive and competitive benefits that support their well-being and overall satisfaction.Base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location.
