This role requires independent judgment and discretion in maintaining and enhancing the system while providing day-to-day support. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify and address system issues, implement upgrades, and provide technical support and training to end-users. Additionally, the Analysts are tasked with generating and maintaining reports, configuring system modules to meet the organization's needs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Analyst performs complex design and analysis tasks related to the hospital business operations. The Analyst will also act as a mentor to other members of the team.#LI-AS1 #remoteQualifications:Required qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.Strong knowledge of Lawsons Lawson Talent Management (LTM) module including, Global HR, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Process flow setup, Employee/Manager space and Candidate space.Five (5) years of HRIS or HR generalist experience required.Proven hands-on experience of Lawson HCM system implementation a plus, in a healthcare setting.Understands hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment.Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefits procedures.Experience with HRIS database design, structure, functions, processes, and tools.Experience in data conversion techniques and methodologies.Experience with Time and Attendance systems like Kronos or JBDev.Strong knowledge of developing interfaces with third party vendors.Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with many growth opportunities offered through diverse projects.Experience in integrating Lawson HR modules with other Lawson modules like Finance, Payroll is required.Able to travel up to 50%.Preferred qualifications:At least Five (5) years of job-related experience in a healthcare environment.Six (6) plus years of hands-on IT systems/Technology experience.Knowledge of On-Base Document Management System.Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
