As

General Manager (COO) , you will be the operational backbone of our company, responsible for executing the CEO's vision and serving as the key Integrator within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. You'll oversee multiple departments, including construction operations, finance, sales and marketing, human resources, and more, ensuring that our team stays aligned with our mission and goals. This role requires strong leadership withthe ability to hold people accountable, combining long-term strategic thinking with operational expertise to enhance efficiency and drive continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the CEO to execute long-term business strategies and ensure alignment with the company's mission and vision.

Supervise daily operations across all departments, ensuring project management, resource allocation, and budget adherence.

Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion while coordinating with project managers who lead day-to-day efforts.

Define roles, conduct performance reviews, and foster accountability across the team.

Standardize processes to enhance operational efficiency and maintain SOPs.

Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance in collaboration with accounting.

Oversee key vendor and client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure accountability for subcontractor performance.

Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and supervise business growth efforts and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management.

Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.

Monitor metrics and regularly report progress to the CEO.

Contribute to the expansion and optimization of the lead generation system, driving new business opportunities and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Advanced certifications in project management (PMP) or construction management are a plus.

10+ years in a senior leadership role such as General Manager, EOS Integrator, Director of Operations, or COO, preferably in the construction industry. Experience managing both residential and commercial construction projects is essential. Proven experience in scaling business operations.

Strong track record of implementing processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality standards. Experience managing multi-site operations and large, cross-functional teams.

Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight, and cash flow optimization. Experience in managing financial risks and controlling operational costs.

Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills. Ability to develop high-performing teams and create a culture of accountability and excellence. Demonstrated success in talent retention and employee engagement.

Highly skilled in strategic thinking and making sound decisions under pressure. Ability to assess risks and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of clearly articulating ideas and instructions to various stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members.

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience in contract negotiation and conflict resolution.

Proficient in construction management software (i.e. JobTread, Procore, Buildertrend), ERP systems, and performance metrics tools. Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to adopt new technologies quickly.

Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations, labor laws, and safety protocols. Experience in ensuring legal compliance across multiple projects and sites.

Experience in supporting business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to increase customer acquisition and project pipeline.

Salary and Benefits:

Full Time

Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
