Our technology was developed at Caltech, deployed with research partners like NASA, proven-out with customers like Netflix and Children's Hospital, and now scaling to fleets, corporations, and municipalities nationwide.Scope of JobProduct management at PowerFlex is a hands-on and cross-functional role. Product Managers are responsible for planning, building, and supporting hardware or software products our users love coming back to, time and again. We like to hire Product Managers who place a premium on scalability, security, and supportability.LocationThis role will be a hybrid position based out of our Mountain View, CA Office and the selected candidate will be expected to be in-person 3 days a week. We will only be able to consider applicants who are local to Mountain View, CA or are willing to relocate.ResponsibilitiesUser ExperienceYou're responsible for a roadmap that puts the user first. The priorities you put forth and your ability to deliver on them make your product - be it an application, EV charger, or API -one that users want to come back to time and again.Engage with our users regularly. Be their advocate. Know their pain points and share your insights.Conduct independent research that gets to the root of problems. Apply first principles thinking.Own and champion a product roadmap that aligns customer needs with PowerFlex's strategy.LeverageYou're responsible for finding leverage in PowerFlex's abundant offerings. People choose PowerFlex today because we're building the strongest bridge for the energy transition. Your job will be to find minor and major ways to increase PowerFlex's value.Define what business value means to the customer. Know when to pursue initiatives with outsized impacts.Know our industry. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.Physical RequirementsRemaining in a seated position. Long hours on computer keyboard. Prolonged periods of standingand/or walking. Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds regularly/occasionally.

Working Conditions90-100% of time is spent in an office environment, using computers, phones, and general office equipment. Business travel may be required.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
