Strategic Proposal Writer
who will be responsible for crafting compelling business proposals, RFPs, and strategic content that will drive new business and strengthen existing client relationships. This role requires a professional with excellent writing skills and a keen understanding of how to position the client's services to achieve measurable business outcomes. Strategic Proposal Writer , you will serve as the key driver in developing proposals that reflect the agency's sophistication and ability to meet client needs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all messaging aligns with client expectations, and you will play a critical role in presenting the agency's expertise to prospective clients.RESPONSIBILITIES:Proposal & RFP Development:
Lead the creation and development of business proposals and RFPs that effectively communicate the value of the agency's services.Content Creation:
Write and edit thought leadership pieces, including bylines, press releases, and opinion articles tailored to the financial services sector and other industries.Client Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client messaging and branding are consistent across all content and proposals.Strategic Positioning:
Analyze client needs and industry trends to craft content that positions the agency as the ideal partner.Presentation Development:
Prepare and present communications strategies and proposals to clients, providing expert insight into how the agency's services can meet their needs.Brand Consistency:
Ensure that all content adheres to the brand's tone and messaging guidelines, delivering polished and cohesive work across all channels.Project Management:
Manage multiple content and proposal projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.REQUIREMENTS:Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in content development, business proposal writing, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on the financial services or PR sector.Writing Skills:
Proven ability to craft engaging, well-organized content that aligns with client goals and maintains brand integrity.Adaptability:
Coachable and open to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.Strategic Thinking:
