Staff Accountant
Flex schedule - 3 days per week in office
Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
$65-70k DOE + Bonus
Searching for a staff accountant to join growing company. Proven partner offers opportunity for internal promotion, mentorship style leadership, collaborative, learning-oriented environment. Qualified candidate will have 1-3+ years of full-cycle accounting and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:
Full-cycle, multi-location accounting
Monthly closing, journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare month-end accruals
Organize journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet, and reports
Work closely with Senior Accountants to prepare accounting schedules and other reports for management
Costing for allocation of expenses, commission approvals
Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies/procedures
Complete monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc management reporting
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA is a plus
Major ERP system preferred, advanced Excel (vLookups, Pivot Tables)
Understanding of full-cycle accounting, GAAP, internal accounting issues
Team-oriented
Analytical and problem solving skills
Team player who works well in a changing environment
