This position is an onsite role, based in Indianapolis, Indiana at the Clif Bar Plant.Mission:

Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and loading of raw materials, packaging, and other material required to support the bakery; storage and shipping of finished goods and maintaining current and correct inventories of all materials and goods. Leads and develops all shipping/receiving, and inventory employees.Responsibilities & Outcomes:Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed.Responsible for root cause analysis and corrective action for safety issues related to warehouse activities.Manage a 24-hour warehouse environment to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods and receipt of materials.Establish warehouse inventory practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.Manage and coach employees, monitor work, and deliver training to ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment.Set team goals/metrics in collaboration with Bakery Manager and other internal customers.Manage labor resources to meet department budget.Accountability for managing external warehouse material transfer process.Flexibility to work on alternate shifts or schedules as needed.Manage inventory control warehouse team functions.Perform all other related duties as requested.What You Bring:Agility over Perfection.Execution with excellence and prioritizing results.Follow through on commitment and persevere through challenges to find creative solutions.Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills.Be flexible and available to interact and connect with people at all levels in the organization.Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems in receiving, warehousing, inventory, and outbound delivery functions experience required.Experience using Lean methodologies in a warehouse setting desired.DOT, OSHA, and EPA compliance experience preferred. SQF (Safe Quality Foods) experience preferred. Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP’s, Allergens, and quality systems in a food manufacturing environment.BS degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.8 years of previous experience working in logistics, materials management, and warehousing.3+ years’ experience managing direct reports.Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.Mondelēz Global LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
