Becoming our

Associate Director of Education Operations

means:Provides operational support for the education programs in the areas of administrative tasks, electronic and paper records, electronic data systems, the school lunch program, compliance, and is the direct liaison for transportation and student documentation.Responsible for the hiring of necessary staff within the operational areas in the Education Program.Assists the Principals in the preparation of reports and statistical analysis requested by funding sources.Works with the Principals to plan for the future directions of the programs within the Education Department, including program review and proper student IEP goal achievement.A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field

plus

seven years of project and program management and oversight is needed for this position. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.This position is Full-Time.

Along with a great Benefits (medical, dental & vision insurance) package, generous PTO, and excellent work-life balance, we offer a positive and diverse work environment with on-the-job training and room for advancement!Job Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the hiring of staff necessary within the operational areas in the Educational Program, including preparation of job requisitions, conducting interviews, and ensuring necessary paperwork for employment is completed.Assists the Principals in the preparation of reports requested by funding sources.Assists in the necessary preparation for program review by funding sources.Works closely with the education administrative staff to complete operational areas including the lunch program, record retention, compliance, and student transportation.Creates, utilizes, and trains other staff on a variety of policies and procedures with regards to the education operational areas.Ensures coverage for administrative areas within the educational program.Prepares written drafts, memoranda, newsletters, etc., to facilitate communication with education staff, parents and community members.Researches and compiles information regarding new ideas for program development.Maintains and protects confidential information as defined in the Agency’s Information Security Policy.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field

five years project/program management experience.ORBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field

plus
