POSITION SUMMARYThe Embroidery Supervisor is someone who can take over the department and take full control and ownership. The department is scheduled to grow soon and run through different facilities. This person can process the work orders, understand capacity and execution, supervise a team, and take the department to the next level. The Embroidery Supervisor is excited about taking this department to the next level with cool new services and products, and embracing the department in full. This individual will be diligent in ensuring the overall success of the department, ensuring that projects are completed on time and following Culture Studio’s standards.TOP RESPONSIBILITIESDirect Report for Embroidery TeamProcessing and championing Embroidery Orders including DigitizingEmbroidery Department OrganizationEmbroidery Production SchedulingPOSITION DUTIES:ScheduleSchedule & Maintain embroidery schedule according to due dates, capacity, and capabilities.CommunicationChampion Embroidery communication including order updates, department capacity, department supplies & maintenance.DigitizingProcess all digitizing orders as needed.Manage a TeamManage embroidery team & direct labor at full capacity.Cleanliness & OrganizationGuide team to maintain cleanliness of department, machines, and organization of the work area.QualityApprove samples, and ensure the team is maintaining quality standards throughout each shift.Interdepartmental communicationCommunicate with departments as needed for order updates, supplies needed, timelines, etc. for the success of every order.KPI’sPush-Key Performance Indicators to the team and track them accordingly.QUALIFICATIONS|SKILLS3+ Years of embroidery operator experience requiredUnderstanding of threads, machinery, equipment and embroidery softwareWell-organized, strong multitasking skills and advanced time managementExcellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgencyBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredMust be comfortable with using a computerImpeccable attention to detailAble to thrive in a fast-paced environmentFlexible, friendly, and engaging personalityEMPLOYEE BENEFITSMedical Insurance Offering with United Healthcare (2 Options available)Dental|Vision|Life Insurance Offering with Mutual Of Omaha401k Retirement Option401k Company MatchYearly Paid Time Off BenefitsCareer Growth & DevelopmentJob Type:
