As a senior strategist, you know how to gather a wide range of interesting inputs and use that raw material to craft compelling implications for clients and creatives alike. You can decipher data to arrive at informed conclusions and wield words that motivate people to take action. You’re an excellent collaborator, knowing when to listen and assist and when to grab the reins and steer. You have a knack for finding great opportunities no matter how big or small the assignment. You’re the person everyone wants on their team because they know you’ll make the work better and smarter. Finally, we are a creative shop. Strategists who thrive here understand that their work is a means to an end, not the end in itself.Responsibilities:Craft and present killer briefs and POVsGet deep on businesses and audiences to create breakthrough brand positioning strategies and creative propositionsCollaborate with creative teams in the development and sharpening of creativeDig deep on research. From establishing the methodologies to conducting the appropriate research to garner transformative insights.Help develop persuasive recommendations and rationale so clients understand and fully embrace strategic recommendations.Create and edit compelling, succinct and high-quality written content including core messages, value propositions, positioning statements, mission/vision/values and corporate narrativesWork closely with senior leaders to play an integral role in business development and marketing efforts by proactively recommending prospective clients to pursue and ways to grow client relationshipsHelp invent, test and evaluate new branding tools and techniques on agency and client initiativesWhat we look for:A digital expert who knows the space, the channels, and what’s coming next, plus6+ years of relevant experience.PASSION for advertising and marketing, with a hunger to learn.Superior writing skills, with a talent for crafting stories and telling them simply and persuasivelyKnowledge of research tools and methodologies and analyzing data accordingly.Ability to get involved with internal teams and provide insights and direction.A creatively-minded doer who knows how to work well with others.A values-driven, emotionally intelligent human.Video Link (1 min. max); show us why you're brave!
