The Procurement Team Lead position is 50% production and 50% assisting and supporting the direct supervisor with ensuring their team meets protocol, as well as performing supervisor duties if and when the supervisor is out.This is an in-office role.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor/Audit and report both Aging Reports for Procurement and Humana.Monitor/Audit files in Procurement staff's individual queues via Management Console Tool for accuracy and timely claim processing.Work through Procurement QC Queue assisting to maintain when the queue is over 2 pages.Assist Reps with all questions and concerns.Answer emails from both Procurement and other internal departments and also externally from Clients/Providers in reference to any concerns to complete the processing of claims.Answer phone calls from both internal departments and externally from Providers in reference to any concerns to complete the processing of claims.Requires regular and consistent attendance, complying with the company Employee handbook requirements for attendance.Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).Additional duties as required by manager or supervisor.This is an in-office position providing hands-on support and direction for the immediate team.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Exceptional organizational skills.Ability to work independently.Ability to work in a fast-paced/production environment.Provide QC to handle claims within the department / correct when applicable.Effective and professional communication skills.Ability to search/find answers.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills.Ability to demonstrate leadership abilities, independent thinking.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.The ability to work in a fast-paced/production environment.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent.6 months to 1 year office experience.Minimum one year as Procurement Analyst.PAY RANGE:

Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.), new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during the interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
