The Field Supervisor will provide oversight and management of project tasks, typically focusing on supervising fieldwork but may also perform other tasks typically attributed to principals. The field supervisor usually needs to meet the same minimum education and experience requirements as the principal; they often have similar qualifying experience, but with less responsibility. A field supervisor or director may be qualified in archaeology, history, architectural history, historic architecture, historic landscape architecture, or other related disciplines.Qualifications

Minimum education and experience requirements will be identified in the task order and will often include a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline to the task and at least one year of related professional experience; however, experience may substitute for education.CORE COMPETENCIES
