Or are you a fired equipment specialist/engineer who provides combustion solutions for furnaces, heaters, boilers, flares, or incinerators? Join Zeeco’s growing team and apply those problem-solving skills across an entire market of customers and equipment. Travel to different facilities, diagnose equipment issues, upgrade technologies to satisfy environmental initiatives, and solve combustion problems predominately for refining and petrochemical end users with the support of a global team. Zeeco is looking for technically-minded people who are knowledgeable about combustion to provide heroic service and solutions for our customers.Job Duties:
Contact existing and new clients to offer technical assistance (forging relationships and building trust).Contact existing and new clients to promote Zeeco products and services.Identify key personnel, establish, and maintain working relationships.Identify, negotiate with, and influence decision makers.Assist with commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of combustion equipment.Understand end-user’s needs and identify sales opportunities.Work to generate inquiries.Assess equipment and operation status to develop scope definitions.Follow up and provide feedback on any open quotes.Assist in closing orders.Identify end-user facility maintenance turnaround dates and offer Zeeco products and services to support the turnaround.Assist with establishing various working agreements with strategic end-users.Increase the productivity of Zeeco’s manufacturer’s reps through technical and sales support and education.Provide feedback to Zeeco’s product groups for continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Preferred candidates must work well with others at all levels within an organization, be confident in their technical capabilities, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, work efficiently in our fast-paced environment, and be able to identify/influence decision makers through effective and persuasive negotiation. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred and/or significant work experience around combustion equipment required.Knowledge of combustion equipment is preferred.Experience in chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing industry.Independent / proactive work ethic.Strong problem-solving ability.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Customer service/sales experience.Working at Zeeco means being part of a people-centric culture and environment built on mutual respect, personal encouragement, professional integrity, and limitless opportunity.
