Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Adult Academic Health Center’s leadership team in the role of Executive Director – Operations and support Radiation Oncology and Creative Art Therapies.The Executive Director is responsible for spearheading strategic efforts to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient care outcomes, and adapt to evolving healthcare landscapes with system-wide backing. This individual collaborates with key stakeholders, fosters innovation, and implements change management strategies to ensure successful organizational transformation. This role develops a clear vision for organizational transformation aligned with IU Health's mission and goals. The future incumbent will identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies within various departments/regions. This individual collaborates with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to understand organizational needs and goals. This role ensures that transformation initiatives align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role establishes policy and direction for the system and is accountable within defined scope for the results.Key RelationshipsReports to : Vice President – Clinical Operations, Adult Academic Health CenterDirect Reports:

12 FTEsCandidate QualificationsCandidates for the position will be selected from a diverse pool and will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies:Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.Requires 10+ years of relevant experience.Requires 10+ years of relevant experience in leading, managing, and delivering key initiatives across large, complex organizations.Requires 7+ years of management experience.Change Management experience is required.Requires extensive experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.Requires an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to transformation.Indiana University Health is unlike any other healthcare system and we're looking for team members who share the things that matter most to us.
