Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Adult Academic Health Center’s leadership team in the role of Executive Director – Operations and support Radiation Oncology and Creative Art Therapies.The Executive Director is responsible for spearheading strategic efforts to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient care outcomes, and adapt to evolving healthcare landscapes with system-wide backing. This individual collaborates with key stakeholders, fosters innovation, and implements change management strategies to ensure successful organizational transformation. This role develops a clear vision for organizational transformation aligned with IU Health's mission and goals. The future incumbent will identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies within various departments/regions. This individual collaborates with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to understand organizational needs and goals. This role ensures that transformation initiatives align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
