Strategist , you will work with the Global Marketing Player Community team, reporting to the Director of Social. You will work alongside members of the Games Brand social and content teams to execute video-first campaigns for the Brands channels, on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X, and TikTok. Your focus will be to celebrate the community and internal employees in a player-first way.You have experience building community through social media and implementing social video tactics. You'll help support organizational goals, implement social plans, develop player-focused content, and support our international teams to ensure content is relevant to players in every region.ResponsibilitiesConcept and create ongoing social media video content for the Games social channels, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and XSupport the Games global social channels with copywriting, publishing, and managing social communities with a player-first mindsetHelp build a connection with existing players and potential new players, through short-form video strategiesMonitor goals and performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of strategy and creativeRequired Qualifications2+ years experience with online communities, social media, digital marketing, or equivalentDeep and current knowledge of social channels and trends, with a particular focus on emerging trendsExperience driving successes on TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube ShortsProficiency with capturing and editing mobile video (i.e. Adobe Premiere, CapCut)Desired QualificationsExperience developing video content for audiences around the globeProficiency with capturing gameplayProficiency with filming quality content for digital mediaA keen eye for compelling contentBased in Los AngelesFor this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, an innovating mind, and delivering content that prioritizes the delight of players.
