As a crucial member of the Product Management team, you will play an essential role in shaping the future of our Travel Rewards program. Your primary responsibility will be to help evolve our Travel Rewards offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners. You will play an instrumental role in helping us establish a leading Travel Loyalty Redemption experience that helps bring to life all the reward options that Ascenda has to offer to make memorable trips and experiences. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Business Development, GTM, and Partnership teams, you will ensure that our travel products deliver exceptional value and align with our broader company objectives.Your Impact

Develop a product roadmap for Travel Growth, aligning it with the overall business strategy and customer needs.Work closely with engineering to build and enhance travel products, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.Deeply understand the travel market, growth drivers, customer behaviors, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and drive innovation.Collaborate with external travel partners to expand and enhance our travel rewards ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experiences.Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences by understanding customer pain points and designing solutions that delight them.Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and continuously improve our offerings.Who You Are

7+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on travel, loyalty programs, and/or growth and monetization at a leading e-commerce or marketplace business.Proven track record in developing and launching successful travel products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Highly user centric, put the customer at the center of what you do, obsessing over the experience and ensuring we are delivering value throughout the journey.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Experience working with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners to drive product success.Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.What Matters At Ascenda
