Nakupuna Consulting is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist JIPOE who will provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Must be willing to deploy to required theater of operations on a rotational basis.Responsibilities
The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.Provides support to analytic staff developing Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) products.Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting.Assist with administration and management of requests for information (RFIs), task actions, reports, and briefings.Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities.Create read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read-ahead books or materials for official functions and meetings.Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.Participate in meetings, conferences, and exercises, as required.Qualifications
Skills/ Qualifications:Extensive knowledge in WMD, CWMD, CBRNE, or related engineering, science and technology.Demonstrated understanding of JP 2-0 and JP 3-40.Demonstrated ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated and/or technically advanced.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.Demonstrated ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.Demonstrated ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.Skill in use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe, and MS Teams.Education and Experience:Master's degree in an area related to WMD, CBRNE, Science & Technology, Engineering, strategic intelligence analysis or related field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or a Bachelor's degree related to WMD, CBRNE, Science & Technology, Engineering, strategic intelligence analysis or related field and an additional five (5) years of related experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.Minimum 12 or more years of relevant professional experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years.Clearance Requirements:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for CNWDI and RD caveats as required. A counterintelligence polygraph is also required. Must be a U.S. Citizen.Work Locations:
