We help to optimize business strategy and operations by delivering cutting edge analytics from the broadest set of data sources, combined with deep technical and domain expertise.Job Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HE&OR) Associate. This position is responsible for the scientific and methodological aspects of all observational database analytics and evidence synthesis with minimal supervision.Job Description:Lead business development including identifying client expansion opportunities, soliciting business solutions, drafting proposals, providing subject matter expertise, and driving marketing initiatives (such as generating marketing content, creating webinars, being conference speakers, etc.).Closely monitor, track and report customer movements and build a professional sales network.Serve as a key point of contact with clients. Build and nurture client relationships by proactively driving meaningful conversations to uncover and communicate with KMK leadership team on clients' organizational updates and challenges.Coach managers to effectively identify clients' business pain points, propose and scope out HEOR/RWE studies with clear business and statistical rationales.Develop and manage RWE teams (on-shore + off-shore) in the design, development, and delivery of client deliverables.Oversee teams to implement HEOR/RWE projects and ensure all deliverables are in scope with predetermined standards.Generalize and build KMK institutional learnings to create new offers and training materials on all relevant aspects of observational study.Requirements:Master's degree or PhD within a relevant discipline (statistics, epidemiology, pharmacology).7+ years industry or consulting and business development experience in study design of observational database analytics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to effectively work in a matrix environment and flexibility to adapt to client project needs.Qualifications:Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Solid programming and analytical skills.Good communication skills to convey detailed study results clearly.Great at time and task management.Quick learning capability and self-motivated.Good team player.Technical Requirements:Preferred MS in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, computer science, or other quantitative analysis fields.Demonstrated competence in statistical techniques, such as hypothesis testing and regression analysis.Professional programming skills with SAS and SQL.
