Your JobKoch Agronomic Services is seeking a motivated and self-driven Territory Business Manager to join our team! The successful candidate will manage all sales within Michigan and Ohio, building relationships with dealers, distribution, and head offices of Ag retailers driving sales growth.Our TeamThe Territory Business Manager reports to the Director of Sales, and the role is based in the territory that is being supported, within Michigan and Ohio. The role includes significant overnight and day travel; a company truck is provided.What You Will Do
Lead the business and profitable growth in the regionDevelop, own and manage relationships with key customers and targetsCreate sales strategies, prioritization plan, and forecastingPartner with marketing and product line to generate tools and ideas for product development and portfolio expansionPresent and educate to audiences such as General Managers, Senior Buyers, Dealers, Wholesalers, Distribution reps, and Retail sales staffWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in the crop, fertilizer, chemical, seed treatment, seed enhancement, or Ag business.
