Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.Required Experience:
5+ years of related experience.Required Skills & Experience:Demonstrated experience as a technical help desk position supporting various versions of the Windows platform, internet browsers, and applications used in a high-paced business environment.Demonstrated experience providing superior customer service support.Demonstrated experience troubleshooting hardware, software, telephone, and video.Demonstrated experience deploying and testing hardware and software.Demonstrated experience using an enterprise ticketing system.Demonstrated experience troubleshooting technical issues and applying critical thought to problems.Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting VTC issues.Demonstrated experience with supporting VTC/Skype.Position hours:
