Protestant Contemporary Service Music Director
to lead the contemporary worship music ministry at Keesler Air Force Base. The Music Director will coordinate, rehearse, and lead the contemporary worship band to deliver modern, dynamic worship experiences in collaboration with chapel staff.MAIN OBJECTIVESLead the worship band in performing contemporary Christian music for weekly services and rehearsals.Collaborate with chapel staff to develop a comprehensive contemporary worship music program.Recruit, train, and manage volunteer musicians and singers.Plan and execute the music order for services, ensuring high-quality performance and spiritual engagement.Oversee the use of multimedia tools and live-streaming technologies to enhance the worship experience.SCHEDULE OF WORKWeekly rehearsal and Sunday worship service, plus up to eight additional services annually (e.g., holidays, special events).PLACE OF PERFORMANCEKeesler Air Force Base, Mississippi.PERIOD OF PERFORMANCEThe position is for the duration of the contract period, with the potential for renewal based on contract extension.QUALIFICATIONSTwo (2) years of experience leading contemporary worship services in a Protestant church/chapel.Active membership in or regular attendance at a Protestant church/chapel, with a letter of endorsement from your pastor or chaplain.Experience leading worship bands and managing multiple instruments (e.g., guitar, keyboard, drums) and vocalists.Knowledge of contemporary Christian worship music and multimedia tools like ProPresenter.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a military environment.REQUIRED SUBMITTALSSubmit the following documents on Indeed or email them directly to info@winwinoperations.com with the subject "Protestant Contemporary Service Music Director":Resume detailing your qualifications and experience.Letter of endorsement from your current pastor/chaplain.Background check (if selected).ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONPlease apply by
