We're seeking a future team member for the role of

Vice President, Release Train Engineer II

to join our

Corporate Engineering, Compliance Engineering Technology

team. This role is located in

Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.Facilitate process and execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering community of practice.Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods required.Knowledge on Lean Portfolio management functions, financial management and Agile transformation.Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.Strong problem-solving skills required.
