Do you love equine medicine, but struggle to make it sustainable for you? We have the answer! Come join us in Southeastern Pennsylvania and become a part of something different.

Blauner, Buchholz & Associates is an ambulatory, equine only, sport horse focused general practice that is seeking an associate DVM to join our team. When you become a part of our community, you can expect:
  • Need more time for work-life integration? We are happy to have you work a 4-day work week. Need a little extra cash? Take on a 5-day work week. Evening/weekend commitment? We will work with you to make sure you won't miss it.
  • We have a team of technicians shared amongst our doctors to help you balance the workload and focus on being a doctor.
  • Our office staff will take care of all your bloodwork, health certificates, and scheduling, leaving you more time to do what you love.

- Teamwork: We work as a team here at BBA, sharing cases, participating in weekly rounds, and monthly office meetings to develop new ideas and be sure everyone's needs are met. We are always happy to pick up the phone and discuss difficult cases or whatever is on your mind. We love hearing any new ideas you have!

- Quality Equipment: Up-to-date Sound digital radiograph systems, Sound/GE ultrasounds, AMC portable digital gastroscope, respiratory endoscope, Powerfloat, Terafloat, ProStride, Alpha2EQ, Pulsevet shockwaves, tonometers, and SAA readers all at your disposal. We are also open to any suggestions for new equipment that could help our practice continue to provide the highest quality medicine.

- Equally Shared On-Call: Here, you can expect on-call to be shared between our 5 doctors. Additionally, we do not expect our doctors to see any non-client emergencies. But, if you are feeling up to it, take home 100% of the non-client fee.

- Also included: fully-stocked practice vehicle, professional insurances and dues, generous CE budget, PTO, BBA apparel, and a fun, supportive work family (human and canine)!
