Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Support Technician with strong initiative to join their team onsite in Plano, TX. Fluency in Korean is a plus for this role (Not a requirement). Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required Stage and build systems Support printers Complete special projects as requested Follow Asset Management policy and procedure Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Commitment to a job well done Good analytic / troubleshooting skills Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications iOS and Android working knowledge Printer support including swaps, cartridges, set-ups, installations (NOT repairs) Impeccable customer support skills Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing Walk-up and remote support service experience Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
