Are you passionate about strategic program development, infrastructure building, and guiding homeowners through home transformations? Do you have experience in selling consumer home improvement products? Join us as our Director of Advisory Services to shape a world-class consumer advisory service for VELUX North America.

Role Overview:

You'll lead the creation and execution of a premier consumer advisory program, managing the entire customer experience from initial inquiry to installation. This involves implementing sales and consulting best practices, developing performance metrics, and creating training protocols. Your team will be pivotal in our strategic sales growth, offering design advice and guiding customers from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a new B2C advisory program alongside our existing B2B2B platform.
  • Develop and execute onboarding and training for Design and Sales Advisors.
  • Create and manage performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Build and mentor a team of Design Advisors and their managers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop consumer campaigns.
  • Exchange best practices with our global advisory team.
  • Evaluate and implement relevant technologies and CRM systems.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they progress to completion.
  • Maintain effective communication and build genuine relationships.
  • Take ownership of the entire customer journey and experience.


Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership in sales and customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective teams.
  • Experience in coaching and guiding teams towards achieving goals.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Solid IT skills and experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Starting Monthly Salary Range: $16,614 - $20,767 - pay is based on skills and experience of the candidate.
