We are looking to hire a talented HR Business Partner to support our Human Resources team at Xsolla . The chosen candidate will work within a tightly-knit global HR team, play an integral role within our Sherman Oaks HQ office and work closely along side the VP of People & Culture. The main responsibilities for this role will include onboarding, off-boarding, conflict management, maintaining employee personnel files, immigration support, updating and/or creating HR documents, employee documentation, updating company documents (such as employee handbook, HR roadmap, processing forms, etc), coordinating company events and other ad hoc projects. It is vital that the selected candidate is organized, diligent, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for pre-employment communication, onboarding, and continued support for new hiresManage employee records both physical and electronic, updating as necessary and in accordance with federal and state lawsHandle department billing and invoicesAssist with the company's semi-monthly payroll cycleAnswer employees' questions and provide requested informationMaintain, schedule, and coordinate calendar activitiesSupport the talent acquisition team with reference checks or background checks as neededPlan large and small events such as speaker series, holiday parties, remote care packages, and others as neededResponsible for coordinating all office operations and procedures - championing organizational efficiency throughout the regionServe as a strategic liaison between regional offices and Headquarters; including but not limited to special events, business technologies, and talent acquisitionWork with the VP of People & Culture daily to ensure HR tasks are completed for the local office as well as on a global scaleAssist with immigration paperwork and visa process for employees relocating to the United StatesManage documentation as well as internal and external discussions for employee immigration casesReview and summarize HR contracts for the company and its employeesSupport internship program per department requestsDevelop and implement learning opportunities for employees such as manager trainings, guest speakers, and tailored training coursesOther duties and responsibilities as assignedREQUIREMENTS

5+ human resources support role in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service acumen with an inquisitive mindset and attention to detailExcellent organizational, planning and prioritizing, and time-management skillsAble to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organizationComfortable with screening applicantsAble to work independently or within a team environmentCan prioritize assignments and meet tight deadlines and multiple tasks/projects simultaneouslyHas a forward-thinking mindset and takes initiative to anticipate the needs of department/teamData-driven mindsetExperienced in various HRIS tools (we use Bob) and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) (we use Lever)Proficient in Google Suite (Meet, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.) as well as other office tools such as Jira, Confluence, Concur (a plus)Ability to maintain confidentiality

$80,000 - $95,000 a year
