Sr. .NET Core/Azure Developer/Lead

LOCAL TO DALLAS ONLY Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Azure Cloud platform and .Net Core/.Net 5 to join a dynamic Software Development company (client) As part of the Product Development team, the Software Engineer will be responsible for developing both front-end web pages and back-end databases. Position type: Full-time Direct Hire Location: Remote with a few requirements related to in-person work: Employees must reside within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Candidates not currently located within DFW area will be required to relocate. Office Address: Dallas, TX 75204 Day 1-3: Expected to attend in person for first 3 days to participate in key onboarding activities, receive equipment and meet the team. Ongoing: This role on the Products team will have the option to work remotely with at least 1-2 in-person engagement required monthly (customer meetings, team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.). Must have a Bachelors Degree Azure Certifications are a huge plus Must have some leadership skills - will lead an onshore team in 9 months. Open for W2 AND is able to Transfer H1B visas KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and develop Cloud-Native applications and API development using NET, NET Core and Containers. Strong understanding of Cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as IaaS/SaaS/PaaS, load balancing. Develop and maintain mobile hybrid applications, web applications, and web services Scale applications, make architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, write code, and deliver with speediness and quality. Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly Develop and design database objects, such as tables, stored procedures, functions, etc Strong understanding of Cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as IaaS/SaaS/PaaS, load balancing Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing cloud-native applications and API development using .NET and .NET Core Minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET Core/.NET 5 Minimum of 2 years of experience in Azure Cloud platform Experience in implementing RESTful webservices and SOAP services in cloud Experience in Azure App Service Model (Web Apps and Web Jobs) Experience in Docker containerization Strong understanding of OOP design, algorithms, and design patterns Understanding of software engineering practices Knowledge of Bootstrap, Sass, React, Angular a plus Experience within enterprise-level clients, preferably in the SaaS industry Capability to lead projects, as well as be able to work in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university Key Points: Looking for someone with supervisory background managing resources in the US or someone with an interest in growing in that role. Our client's plan is to bring someone on an individual contributor path and promote them to Supervisor role in 9-12 months.As a supervisor, the individual will work 60% in lead capacity supporting project initiatives and their scrum team, while 40% of the role will still involve individual contributor work. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: $154,000 base salary with target incentives: $14,000 - $20,000 Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits - Since this is a Direct Hire role, they are paid for by client.
