Inizio Evoke is looking for an

Account Director

to lead major accounts and serve as the day-to-day contact in supporting your client relationship and deliverables and driving organic growth. You will provide excellent client service and manage multiple clients/projects with a high degree of confidence and independence

You Will:Form relationships with clients and ensures their needs and marketing goals are metBuild understanding of the client's business and their competitive environmentBig picture vision and ability to identify broad business issues while driving the process and details through executionTranslate the needs of the client into project briefs to facilitate project development and resource needsPartner with other departments to ensure agreement across the internal team on client projectsBe the client's primary day-to-day contact, setting agendas for regular update calls/meetingsWork with project management team to establish timelines for all client projects and communicate changes as they occur to ensure accuracy of all project plansIndependently handle major projects of large accounts with assistance from senior managementUnderstand product clinical data differentiators, competitive landscape, and customer insights to develop compelling resources that pull through the brand strategyUnderstand the regulatory and FDA environment, including internal client review processesYou Have:Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience required; including 3+ years in market access account managementStrategic partner for clients with proactive recommendationsFamiliarity with technology systems, UXComfortable creating all account management documentation requirements including client status, project briefs, estimates, task plan timelines and presentations to address client requestsHelp develop communication strategiesExperience in Multi-channel marketing asset development, execution and metric evaluationPlanning and project management capabilities

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation

$125,000-$135,000 USD
