CRM Specialist,

you will, under the guidance of the Director of Student Recruitment, the CRM Specialist supports core admissions operations, data management, and enrollment marketing functions of the Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. It will also serve in a support role for our AMP CRM system. This position will be a key collaborator with admissions and marketing communications staff across the educational enterprise and will serve as a subject matter expert in leveraging each system's various capabilities to streamline and maximize new student recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically minded, and outcome-driven along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the day-to-day functional management of the Slate CRM as well as provide support for the AMP CRM.Assist with ongoing maintenance and support the further development of the CRM systems.As an internal consultant, be an expert on CRM functionality and utilize knowledge of the system, as well as knowledge of graduate recruitment and admission practices to influence office operating processes (such as travel, file review, event management, querying, reporting, communications) and practices in order to influence the office's maximum and optimal usage of the tool's functionality and the achievement of the graduate admission enrollment metrics and goalsIdentify and incorporate new CRM functionality and enhancements on an as-needed basisIn partnership with the recruitment team and the marketing communications team collaborate with MCW's degree and certification programs on their external recruitment, admissions, and marketing efforts to, design, build, and drive recruitment campaigns to better engage prospects and applicants;develop compelling and effective student recruitment campaignsTrack and report regularly the effectiveness of enrollment marketing initiativesPartner with internal stakeholders on identifying areas of need that CRMs can assist with and provide advice on appropriate strategies to best leverage system functionalities.Assist with cycle transition preparation and execution on an annual basis.Provide setup, management, and support of the events management modules.Work in conjunction with systems management related to data imports/exports and integrations/automations with external systems.Draft and maintain documentation for all functional configurations.Performs related duties as necessary to support new student enrollment processesCoordinate and execute training as necessary for internal end usersAssist in the development of routine reports as well as dashboards that showcase retrospective and real-time dataRegularly expand upon existing awareness of knowledge of the Slate CRM system's full range of capabilities and functionalities.Serve in a project management and primary contact role for our brand enablement platform, Marq (see www.marq.com), identifying and executing on various asset needs.Knowledge - Skills - AbilitiesDemonstrated experience working in college or university admissions, student recruitment, or enrollment marketing; experience working in graduate or professional health science university or school admissions preferredDemonstrated experience with an admissions CRM; direct experience with Technolutions Slate CRM preferredProficiency with technology including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint) and other software, databases and equipment as assigned.Strong project management experience and evidence of progressive responsibility, strongly desired.Direct experience with Technolutions Slate and Ellucian products a plus.Sound technical skills to learn and use external systems, including importing and exporting dataEffective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.Proven ability to manage internal working relationships and interact and communicate with discretion, clarity, tact, and courtesyAbility to access, manage, and analyze data using different databases and file formatsAbility to work effectively as a member of a team but also exercise initiative and work independently.Project management experiencePatience and a desire to learn

Minimum Qualifications:Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.Minimum education: Bachelor's DegreeMinimum experience: 3-5 years experience working with a college admissions CRM systems and development, including direct experience in admission technology/operations or student recruitment.
