In your role as Senior Director of Creative Technology, you will be responsible for crafting the future of Adobe Studio and its teams. You will be at the forefront of bringing to bear Adobe's upcoming technologies, especially generative AI, to improve efficiency, creativity, and productivity. This involves collaborating closely with creative and product teams to introduce new features and ground-breaking workflows.As the lead representative for the Studio, internally and externally, you will drive the adoption of these tools and innovative work methods. You will demonstrate the potential of these innovations, forecast their impact, and assess concepts with senior leaders, customers, and the press. Your leadership will motivate our team to tackle complex challenges and deliver outstanding digital experiences.What you'll do

Collaborate with product teams to inform them of creative requirements, support product development, and help position products to outside audiences. Evaluate new innovations and craft the vision for new product concepts.

Interface with Senior Leaders to pitch concepts and showcase visionary new ways of working

Collaborate with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their needs, while also providing firsthand insights to inspire change and promote the adoption of generative AI tools in creative workflows.

Serve as customer zero of new creative products and provide product teams with feedback, ensuring our products meet user needs

Explore innovative ways to integrate generative AI into our creative workflows

Harness advanced tools to elevate design, content creation, and user interactions as well as productivity and efficiency.

Lead a team of technically-minded creatives

Drive ideation, prototyping, and implementation of ground breaking solutions

Collaborate with our creative team to understand technological challenges

Find elegant new solutions that elevate Adobe's creative work

Stay informed about new technologies, trends, and standard methodologies.

Apply your technical skills to build seamless digital experiences.

What you need to succeed

10+ years of related experience, with 1-2 years working in the area of expertise as a senior leader, Executive Creative Director, or Chief Creative Director

Extensive knowledge across various fields (web, print, interactive, etc.)

Proficiency in all Adobe Creative Tools and Services

Have contributed significantly to the development and delivery of new technology or major innovations

Willingness to assist, answer queries, and provide executive support

Problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions

Strong presentation and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment across a complex portfolio of products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $153,300 -- $321,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.Adobe will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment in accordance with state and local laws and "fair chance" ordinances.
