As the Head of Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our investors, ensuring transparency, and facilitating strong communication across all levels. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of private and registered real estate investment vehicles.Essential FunctionsManage the Team:

Lead the Investor Relations team by proactively anticipating market trends and investor needs, ensuring strategic alignment and taking preemptive actions to maintain strong confidence and engagement with investors.Investor Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing timely updates on fund performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives. Maintain strong knowledge of the suite of regularly provided reporting materials and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Relationship Management:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential investors, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively to maintain investor confidence and satisfaction. Oversee investor account maintenance, ensuring transfers, changes to demographic or contact information, and other requests are addressed accurately and timely.Reporting and Documentation:

Facilitate the efficient and timely distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, presentations, and other investor communications that reflect fund performance and/or its strategic direction, including ownership of the investor portal covering all vehicles. Work directly with fund administrators and transfer agents.Market Intelligence:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations and insights to senior management and investors.Additional Responsibilities/DutiesEvent Coordination:

Organize investor meetings, conferences, and webinars, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful presentations.Compliance and Governance:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to investor communications, reporting, and disclosure. Assist with regulatory filings such as Form D and Blue Sky, as well as board reporting and ERISA and REIT compliance considerations.Capital Raising Support:

Collaborate with senior management in fundraising efforts, including assistance with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and due diligence documentation for prospective investors, as needed.Other duties as needed or required.Other Skills & Technical Skills RequiredEducation:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or related work experience required.Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, preferably within the real estate investment sector or financial services industry.Knowledge:

Strong understanding of real estate investment funds (private and registered/40 act), financial markets, and investor relations best practices. Familiarity with subscription/marketplace platforms such as iCapital and CAIS, intermediary platforms such as Fidelity, Schwab, and Pershing, and investor portals such as Addepar.Communication Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely.Relationship Management:

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with registered investment advisors, broker dealers, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other stakeholders.Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and performance metrics.Team Player:

Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.Ethical Standards:

Base salary range is $180,000 to $220,000. This range is estimated for this role; actual pay may be different.Benefits:
