Requires
experience in the use of
SAGE 50
Accounting System.
Requires Experience in SAGE 50, Microsoft Excel and Word and Intuit Turbo TaxCommercial Building Management Accounting SystemPrepare Monthly Accounting Records statementsPrepare General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Account Receivables and all Modules of the Accounting System, on Sage SystemRequires 5-8 Years of experienceBachelor's Degree in AccountingResponsibilities:Contracted monthly/quarterly payments for Utilities and additional maintenance requirementsBackup for regular monthly and quarterly AP entries, Check-printing, and postingsCompares subcontractor invoice with prior written approvalsVerifies pricing on subcontractors' invoices with a pricing worksheet
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in AccountingAbility to work independently and manage multiple leases and requirements thereofUnderstanding Terms Sheet for Building Standard Accounting and Control Lease Requirements.Written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail, organizational skillsProblem-solving skills, analytical skills and ability to think creatively.Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to create Sage Custom reports
