As the Sr. Director of B2B Product Marketing at Homes.com, you will be responsible for overseeing all performance marketing and product marketing initiatives, including email, programmatic, digital, and social channels. You will work closely with the product development team to establish compelling go-to-market strategies for critical product launches and enhancements. Your role will involve leading the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.Responsibilities:Manage product launches and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, value proposition, and differentiation.Develop marketing strategies across critical audience segments.Develop all marketing materials to support internal teams and promote products externally.Work with performance media and analytics to craft omni-channel measurement, optimization methodologies, and testing strategies.Qualifications:10+ years of experience overseeing performance marketing and product marketing initiatives, including email, programmatic, digital, and social channels.Proven ability to work closely with product development teams to establish compelling go-to-market strategies for critical product launches and enhancements.Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing marketing teams.Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies.Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize campaigns.Bachelor’s degree required; marketing or business-related degree preferred.What’s in it for you?
