Already one of the fastest growing real estate portals in the industry, we are driven to be #1.About the Role:As the Director of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and increase traffic to the site. This role leads brand positioning, marketing communications, and consumer insights initiatives to support business growth objectives. You will work closely with the B2B team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across all channels.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Lead creative development of brand campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social, and traditional media.Manage agency relationship to maximize creative ideas and productivity.Analyze consumer trends, market data, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.Oversee consumer research initiatives to gain deep customer insights.Manage brand marketing budget and optimize spend across channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product development.Qualifications:10+ years of experience overseeing brand marketing initiatives, including digital, social, and traditional media channels.Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing marketing teams.Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies.Proficiency in analyzing consumer trends, market data, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.Experience in managing agency relationships to maximize creative ideas and productivity.Expertise in overseeing consumer research initiatives to gain deep customer insights.Proven ability to manage brand marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels.Bachelor’s degree required; marketing or business-related degree preferred.What’s in it for you?When you join CoStar Group, you will experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
