Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Data Management with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Support Business Execution; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Business Execution impactPerform complex administrative support tasksProvide support on escalated questionsInteract with client personnel on a wide range of informationSupport whole lifecycle of customer lifecycle specifically with recording and storing all physical data pointsContribute to daily operations as a significant number of new customers need to be onboardedInput and curate details in to front end- web based application
Requirements:
4+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, educationCapital markets experience (Foreign exchange and capital markets experience)Experience managing customer settlement instruction data (wires and settlements)MS applications, outlooks, word, excel, etc.Experience in Customer Data management, and customer onboarding and management of customer related data points
Desired Skills:
Settlement instruction management and experienceDTCC platformFX confirmation platforms (FXall, Bloomberg, GTSS, Nexus, calypso)
