Job Summary:

Communicate effectively with all partners and sponsors

Organize and coordinate product sponsorships from start to finish

Scheduling of all social media content using multiple platforms i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube & Linkedin

Copywriting and copy editing of social media captions

Maintain social media accounts and aesthetic of channels

Assist with social media campaigns

Social media interactions- checking and responding to messages, posts, and comments

Update and assist marketing MBO via Excel and Monday.com

Putting together marketing print materials for distribution

Collaborate with marketing team on marketing campaigns and internal marketing efforts to meet goals of brand awareness and sales objectives.

Assist in organizing trade show forms and deadlines.

Assist in trade show & event details as well as help stage booth displays.

Create content for social Media platforms. i.e. Graphics, photography, and videography.

Grand Specialty is growing and we're looking for an organized, creative and enthusiastic individual to assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies that makes every day feel like you're a real life Willy Wonka! If you love being the hub of the wheel, this is the job for you! Work directly along side the Marketing Director and marketing team members to support daily success by coordinating and maintaining deadlines, executing campaigns, and help us tell the world about our one of a kind brand.Duties:

Provide support to Marketing Department

Coordinate and execute marketing strategies alongside team

Work with marketing team to manage brand initiatives

Perform market and client research

Create market reports on performance of campaigns

Maintain Schedules for marketing initiatives

Assist with social media and website content

Attend trade shows and company events

Organize and manage marketing collateral

You are driven and motivated.

You are great at managing your time and love a good organized system.

Switching gears mid task is no big deal, because of your organized system you can reset easily.

We all chip in here to keep up with maintaining the facility.

You like to figure things out and can work off a simple set of instructions, but you are confident enough to ask for help when you don't know the answer.

Completing your tasks comes easy to you because you're comfortable on a computer and can work through various programs.

You have basic customer service etiquette; this part is a must!

You love helping your team succeed and possess the teamwork mentality to always push toward the success of the company and the industry as a whole.

Would never make an appointment for an interview, and not show up.

Strongest candidates will be energetic, creative, have a passion for learning, and will possess a strong foundation in social media usage. Photography and video editing is a plus!
